• Online Registration closing date Friday, 2 May
• Only fully pre-paid registrations will be accepted

Name changes are accepted within the same registration category.  Changes to invoices will incur an administration fee.  All changes to be requested in writing to chantell@eoafrica.co.za by Friday, 2 May

An administration fee of R250 will apply for any registration changes or corrections.

All rates quoted include VAT at 15%

Cancellations and Refunds
All requests for registration cancellations and refunds to be forwarded in writing to accounts@eoafrica.co.za

• Before 05 April 2025: 25% cancellation fee will be applicable
• 06 April – 18 April: 50% cancellation fee will be applicable
• No refunds and 100% cancellation fees will be applicable after Friday, 2 May
• "No show" delegates will not receive a refund

Name changes are possible when in the SAME registration category only (no tax invoice
changes)

Changes across different registration categories or an amended / new tax invoice will incur an
administration fee of R250 per change

The Organising Committee cannot be held responsible for double registration or visa refusal. In
these cases, cancellation policy will apply
